Negative experience: I WOULD NOT Recommend Nor Suggest This Process Server To Anyone... The Gentleman ( Anthony ) Definitely DOES NOT Returns Calls Even After Several Voice Mail Requests / Emails DOES NOT Answer The " Office " Lines ( SEVERAL ATTEMPTS Were Made And SEVERAL DAYS AND TIMES.. ‍♀️ EXTREMELY UN-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.. DID NOT Provide A Service That Was Requested .. In Fact Paid Additional $$ For Said Services To Be Completed With Immediate Attention. NOT PROFICIENT @ ALL

Negative experience: Our firm engaged Constable Court Services for assistance with service in Maryland in late August 2022. We are unable to reach this company, all numbers (we have tried any and all numbers associated with this company) are no longer in service. No follow up was provided by "Anthony" after stating the material had been served. Once it was time for payment, the methods in which they wanted to receive monies (Cash app) made us question the legitimacy of their company. It is now Oct. 2022 with no communication from them. I DO NOT recommend this vendor. One star only so I can leave this review.

Negative experience: I’m a paralegal in NYC, we needed service on a persons in MN. When I initially spoke with Anthony Barnes, he said that the address was “out there” but assured me service could be completed. During the 3 months that followed our initial phone call, I received the run around on how many attempts had been made, told I would be followed up with and then was not and had our attempts at communication ignored. Two weeks ago we received an invoice for a service that had not been completed. When we reached out for an explanation on the invoice, Anthony spoke with the attorney himself, apologized for the sent invoice and stated the last attempt at service would be completed. After two more weeks and no word, I called again to follow up on the status of service and was told that the process server refused to complete the service and Anthony refused to do anything about it claiming he told me in the beginning that he wouldn’t be able to complete the service and then proceeded to hang up on me. Non of this makes sense. Had he been upfront about his inability to complete the job, we would have found someone else. Not to mention, in the last 3 months he’s been “working” with us. So now we have 3 months of wasted time on a time sensitive matter and he’s out the money to pay his process server. Most unprofessional service and person I’ve dealt with in my years as a paralegal.

Positive experience: I am overall satisfied with the service however the company rep advised me the writ of summons issued by Maryland circuit courts are valid for 60 days. My summons was served to the other party within 3 weeks after I hired them. So I panicked because there was no communication during that time. Basically please be patient because the process does take time.

Fantastic experience: My law firm hired Constable Court Services to serve a defendant who I thought lived in Pennsylvania. When Constable Barnes attempted to serve the defendant at the address I provided, he learned that the defendant had moved approximately a year ago. Then, on his own initiative, Constable Barnes did a search to find the defendant, who had moved to New Jersey, and then drove there to serve the defendant. At both residences, Constable Barnes demonstrated skill and experience to confirm the location of the defendant in order to effect good service. He went above and beyond in this matter, and I highly recommend his services. He is polite, professional, diligent, and did what was necessary to get the job done.

Fantastic experience: I recently engaged Constable Court Services for investigative purposes.They were very courteous, professional and thorough. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to provide the information I requested. I would absolutely recommend them. They were awesome.

Negative experience: Cannot recommend absolutely a waste of your money and resources. Will not follow through and deliver on services as promised.

Negative experience: This is absolutely the worse customer service that I have possibly could have ever gotten. I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted Constance Barnes through their website. The website could not handle the size of the court summons so I sent pictures. Constable Barnes contacted me the next day and said his secretary couldn’t print the summons and I told them I could email them. Mind you, he rushed me off the phone in that same call to take another client. I emailed the forms that same day and told them that the person I needed served was in Boston, MA. I paid the invoice fee and hadn’t heard back. Calling today on the 18th for a check in- I told him my full name and I was following up on my service request. He told me his guy tried to serve but he wasn’t there and without a picture he doesn’t know what he is serving and on top of all of that - he usually charges more for Boston but he “let it go” and that if there is additional things to know about the case to let them know. First, when I emailed you the forms and told and specifically told you that the service was in Boston then you should have mentioned the extra fee. I would have gladly paid that! Secondly, exactly where and when was I going to communicate that information to you if you are rushing me off the phone and trying to grab as many customers as you can. Lastly, you mentioned 30 days and had you done your due diligence when vetting cases which I would assume a company like yours would do you would have seen it was under that. All the way around the customer service for this was terrible. If he had just taken the extra few minutes instead pushing each case through this could have been resolved quickly. The fact that he said I was “talking” and not “listening” because he failed to communicate to me what he needed is unacceptable. Even worse he will not refund me the full amount for inefficient work ethic.

Fantastic experience: I found Constable Court Services to be very professional and efficient. The fee was quite reasonalble and the service was fast. I tried to get someone served with another service, and they could not find them. I found Constable Court Services through a serach, called, and within a week they had found the person and had them served them. I would definitely use them again.

Negative experience: This guy is a joke. Do not hire him. He screwed me and a friend of mine who I referred him to. He never returned documents that he was hired to serve. He gave us bad addresses for tenants he was suppose to find. Total joke.

Negative experience: Hired Anthony Barnes to locate and serve other party in child custody case. Paid him and he never served other party or answered any of my follow up calls. Unprofessional... Do not use!!! He has you leave your name before routing call and avoids any additional follow up calls after.. Constable services is a scam!!!

Negative experience: Do not use him! He has no idea what he is doing. He filed all thr eviction work incorrectly. I assumed he knew what he was doing and only after I hired a lawyer did I find out it was all incorrect. I had to dismiss the case and he won't give me my money back. On top of that he is threatening to take me to court for not paying him the balance. Be ware!
