Negative experience: Their employee wasn't there when I showed up. There was another woman waiting since 1030 for her appointment. I understand you aren't fieldprint but you still offer the service and if appointments are made for your location it's your responsibility to have someone there. Your building says you open at 10 if that is not the case and your employees can't be there you should change it instead of wasting people's time.

Negative experience: Very rude, unprofessional and took my money

Fantastic experience: The owner's customer service was very professional and respectful as I told him I had little knowledge on the matter we discussed. He was very helpful and I will definitely utilize his services.

Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, you became defensive and did not take any accountability, which is on you and on FieldPrint.
