Positive experience: I have to admit. I was treated with so much respect. From Dawn and the repo man. I was extremely happy with them. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding from the financial company, my car was towed. Can't blame this great teams for that mess.

Negative experience: Disgusting and crooked line of business. Anybody working here should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: Why is a company like this getting away with it…They sound more like sleazy underhanded sleuths that make deals with companies to get money and they should be allowed with doing this to people. consumers have rights. Does anyone know if they have branches anywhere else?

Fantastic experience: Called to get info on trying to find my biological father ive never met. I'm 27 and my mom passed away a week after my sixteenth birthday and I don't have hardly any info just a name that my uncle told me.. I explained all this to him and he said he would help me for a very small fee compared to others that I've called around...I just couldn't come up with the money being a single mom working as a server. Awesome people and so wish I could have came up with the amount. Deff would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Negative experience: They came at 4:15 AM and took my mother’s car even though there was a “hold” on the order because of a legal matter. When they took it, they did not properly tow it. They dragged the car (AWD) for as far as we can tell because of tire tracks. We filed a police report...when we went to get contents out of the car, the almost brand new front tires were basically flat from having been dragged. The car had been broken in to in order to tell what was in the car. They made my mother sign the receipt for her items before retrieving them by saying she was just signing for having given the key back. She was forced to sign under duress and told of she didn’t, she’d be headed to the Seminole County Jail. The owner, David, called her a moron and Stephanie called her a deadbeat. These people are a boil on the butt of humanity and should be put out of business!!! They are liars, thieves of the worst kind, crooks, and a general disgrace! I’d give them ZERO or negative stars if possible but aice I can’t, I have them the lowest possible

Negative experience: They came and got the car and we didn't care we have 2 others. Monday we went to go get our items out the car $700 worth of stuff is missing. I called and the office manager stated they take videos and pictures of the car and items inside. So if you have all this proof where is my dame items? I reported them and is currently filing charges against them. She tells me she can't give me the drivers info so I can file charges against him neither. It's ok they won't be in business to long.

Negative experience: They towed our car and damaged it during the process. They dented and scratched the bumper than denied it when asked about it . The office lady Stephanie is very rude and hangs up on you. The owners dawn and David are married and are complete crooks. They refuse to cover the cost of the damages they did to our car. But their is other ways around it. Do not do business with this company or their car dealership they have associated with them. They sell lemon cars as well

Negative experience: They do illegal repos, they move my uncle suv who was here from virgina to get to my car and broke the back wheel axel on the car. In all states it is illegal to move someone else property to get to a car to repo. We called the police and they took pictures of how the other car was parked and took the report. Contacted and spoke to stephanie, very rude and refuse to take the complaint, refuse to give the driver name and hung up as well .I even ask for david case and she lied and said she was the manager and no one was above her. If you are a company find another company to repo your cars. illegal tactics to repo cars isn't good business.

Negative experience: bigges bunch of ignorant rude thieving people I ever dealt with charged me 100 dollars for doin not a thing and damaged my car and said oh we didn't do it terrible terrible business
