Negative experience: Mr. Falvo avoided my calls and had excuse after excuse. He did not provide the services he was hired for. "I won't give you the information until you give me more money". He did not give me an equal amount of information for the money I paid him. He will take your money, avoid you, give you a tenth of what you pay for, then tell you he needs more money. COMPLETE SCAM *REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU*

I first used his company as a process server, which went very well. When I realized that I was dealing with the boss, who has an extensive background in investigative work, I was sold. I continued to use his services for background checks and surveillance. Very discreet and professional, and at reasonable rates. They don't make investigators like him anymore!
