Fantastic experience: I have a PI agency in Louisiana and had to find an out-of-town investigator in Arkansas for a client at last minute. Tasha Sims was nothing short of incredible. She rearranged her schedule to fit in an emergency case in what is absolutely one of the hardest situations to work. She thought outside the box and went far above and beyond to get what we needed. Her communication was also exceptional. Even when finished, she remained in touch to see the results of further investigation in yet another state. When Forest Gump said “Life is a like box of chocolates, you never know what you will get,” that describes hiring a PI. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

This person is not a client and never has been a client. We have never had any interaction with this person and therefore this is a fraudulent review. Update for Irish Blue. Given your response and that you made a mistake, we appreciate your honesty. We are requesting you either change your 3 stars to 5 stars or completely delete your review since it does bring our rating down. Negative experience: Very rude very disrespectful I really do not like doing business specially small business like this and if you check I have never done any business like this but her attitude was so rude and disrespectful I had no choice. I believe in people having bad days I believe in people given them a second chance when I spoke with her the next day that’s when I realize this is just her personality
We are sorry you feel that way but as we spoke on the phone, we advised you that we do not take all cases. We advised you that your case was not a case in which we would feel comfortable with and did not want to take your money for working on a case that was not going to help you. We do not take advantage of our clients like that. You started to tell us how to do our job. You were not happy, continued to interrupt and became very angry then hung up. The next day you called back and were asking about the same issue and we advised you that you had contacted us the day prior and we were not comfortable taking the case and your money. You advised us you could that do your own investigation and then you hung up again after a few choice words. We hope you were able to conduct your investigation and save the fee.

Negative experience: Well I called and left a voicemail and with the nature of my company I cold call a lot and Tasha returned my call I went to inform of my business and as what happens a lot of times individuals hang up. I realized that this was the number of the company I googled, called back tried to explain Tasha hung up and asked not to be called back again, poor professionalism as a fellow business owner I wouldn’t recommend their services.
You called and started a sales pitch just like the 30 other spam calls we get on a daily basis. The phone was hung up just as we do on spam calls. You called back twice more from the same number and we did not answer. Then you called from a different number to make it appear that it was not spam, which was deceptive. Instead of starting with a sales pitch, you started inquiring about our service. After listening to your request, which was to locate someone, we found out what you actually do which was to go on to the Arkansas Treasure Hunt and find people who are owed several thousands of dollars. Then you charge them a premium and make them sign a contract. So, basically, you rip people off and make them sign a contract for something they can do for free. Your script makes it obvious that you are taking advantage of people and when we told you what our fee would be to locate a person you were not happy indicating you wanted us to basically do your work for free. We know there are a lot of head hunters out there doing the same thing your company does but are not really sure how they sleep at night knowing they are taking huge fees from people who could have just searched for free by going to https://claimitar.com/app/claim-search
