Positive experience: They are always on the job even when you don't want them there they seem to find you ....that's crazy

Fantastic experience: Rank is great. They do not always have someone on duty for our area. Highly recommend for businesses. 9 times out of 10 they respond to alarms at my business. They are already on location when I arrive late at night. After I unlock the door, they clear the building for me with their guns drawn. Very nice service.

Negative experience: These so called Officers play cop but have not one second of Law Enforcement experience. Lots of favoritism and double standards within the Company. Officers brag about beating up people and getting away with it but have no investigative skills. Owners drive new trucks and own 5th wheels but Officers drive patrol vehicles held together with duct tape and a prayer. A lot of their clients pay for services but never receive them. Not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very professional atmosphere.

Negative experience: Worst excuse for a security company in my opinion. These kids are all want to be cops that have no training no professionalism and a bad taste for instigating problems. ALWAYS abuse the little authority they do have. Taking pictures of suspects while hand cuffed hitting and abusing suspects, always using Unnecessary force. If you want to lose a client or a contract Rank is your company.

Negative experience: Security officer Ogden walked in on my wife while she was changing her clothes at Doctors Medical center ER claiming he was "doing his rounds" when he opened the curtain to look in on her then wouldn't give me his full name and spelling so I could file a complaint, he then tried to lie and say the curtain was open when my wife watched him pull it open and look in at her. I called Rank to speak to someone in charge and was told that they would have someone call me and I'm still waiting for someone in charge to call me so I can file my complaint on the violation of my wife's privacy by Ogden.
