Positive experience: Very quick service. Friendly staff. The online appointment tool was easy and quickly let me switch day/time due to weather.
Negative experience: They are efficient yes, but getting them to be efficient is so comically impossible that it's unbelievable. They never pick up their phone and you can never know if they're open or not. The hours posted online are simply untrue. I don't get why a business would make it so hard to do business with them. This has been the second time I've walked there, expecting them to be open as it says they are online only for them to not be. I wish they would be more clear and stop wasting my time.
Sorry if you feel we’ve wasted your time. Our investigators don’t have set office hours, as they are in and out for investigations. It is best to call and leave a voicemail if no answer, or to email us to set up an appointment. The hours listed on the website are for fingerprints only and it had not been updated to reflect that we don’t do fingerprints on Monday so thank you for letting us know and we will try to get that fixed. We’re sorry we missed you.

Negative experience: I made an appointment to have my fingerprints done and paid in advance. The office was closed and it had a for rent sign out front.
