Fantastic experience: Kraig and his team are excellent. I used their services on Wednesday to serve my ex divorce papers and his team was very quick to respond and answered all of my questions and concerns. I've never personally served someone before so the process was intimidating and talking to kraig he explained how everything worked thoroughly and was very kind and helpful throughout this process. I requested a rush service around 12pm, and his team helped me serve my ex and got all the completed paperwork for me the same day by 4:45pm. He also called me to let me know updates and that everything went smoothly which I really appreciated. This company is great and I'd highly recommend to anyone needing legal help/services. I enlisted Kraig and his team's process server services and found the client experience to be nothing short of exceptional: professional, timely, communicative, and efficient. Negative experience: I used Gotcha Legal Services to locate/serve an individual. I paid them in advance providing them with sufficient information to assist them. Gotcha legal service got my money but never delivered the report I was promised. I followed-up with them several times ohh it's in the email...ohh I emailed it but I never saw an attachment. Once I was yelled at because they didn't have time as they were going away for the weekend. I'll get back to you and they don't
