Negative experience: **SCAM** I, myself, hired this group months ago with one objective: Capture Subject A and Subject B together. I did not have an attorney at the time of hiring however, they REFUSED to report any of their findings, I was paying for, to me directly as the contract says they must do. I had to hire an attorney just to see the reports! They blatantly lied to me on multiple occasions (I have audio recordings of all our conversations). Not only will they keep you in the dark and request more money because they can, they will go outside the scope of your stated objective and accumulate additional funds through creative accounting. It’s a scam. I’m considering legal action in 2025. If you were taken advantage of by this company, like this post. I work with attorneys all over the Traid and many of them have used this company for civil matters. Not one of the multiple attorneys I spoke with claim their handling is professional and ethical. Do not personally hire!! You WILL regret it.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money!! Worst ever. I was told after paying $1,000, to find out information myself and get back to them. When I did, NOTHING was done. All they did was take my money. TERRIBLE. A ONE star rating ….should be a ZERO.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Case Closed. They conducted a professional, diligent thorough investigation whilst being timely and discreet. They provided a detailed report, with supporting evidence. This all helped me to get the results I was looking for in my marital dispute. They worked closely with my attorney to make sure all necessary information and evidence was secured. I paid a fee for Case Closed to provide eye witness account at legal hearing. Ultimately the case did not go to court, but Case Closed refunded this fee, along with other money I had paid, despite it being several months before we had final conclusion of the case. I was very satisfied with the services Case Closed provided.

Fantastic experience: Leroy should be your go-to guy if you are looking to find a client or person in the North Carolina area. As an attorney, I needed his assistance tracking a client that was non-responsive. He was able to find her within 24 hours. I would highly recommend his services in the future. I know we will be using him if we ever need to locate a client again.

Fantastic experience: My law firm recently hired Case-Closed to serve a subpoena. Due to time constraints, we sent it out after 4 pm on Friday, hoping to have service over the weekend. Literally within an hour, I was informed that the subpoena had already been served by 5:30 that afternoon! This is a record in 20 years of practice, and I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. Case-Closed will be my go-to firm for all our future investigations.

Negative experience: If I could put no stars I absolutely would. This guy made it all sound great. After all the money we paid him we got just a little bit of evidence, nothing thatll stand up in court and he had the nerve to ask for THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY AGAIN to proceed with investigations. This guy is a con artist and rip off.

Fantastic experience: Case-Closed is a very professional organization and goes above and beyond to find out all pertinent information and deliver to the clients everything possible. I am putting this review on Google because whoever the last 2 people were that commented are not representative of the service provided by Leroy and his investigators. I have worked for Leroy and with other investigations companies and Leroy demands results from his employees for his clients. I have personally used other companies for my personal needs and was sorely disappointed. Not-so with Case-Closed. For anyone reading these reviews, look and see what the other two have said about some of the other businesses. They have offered comments about poor service and lack of professionalism on businesses they have never even been to, always consider your source's credibility.
