Negative experience: Took my money ($50) for guard training and never held the training course. Didn’t refund my money and stopped Answering the phone

Negative experience: Had one of their security guards make me move my vehicle from a loading zone I was waiting for a elderly friend to come out to load her stuff into my car. On top of that they claimed to be a officer, not a security officer or security guard. Contacted the supervisor and he seemed to blow it off other then a empty apology to get me off the phone.

Fantastic experience: I used four officers from First Class Security, Inc. for a 300 person private event. The overall professionalism of this business and its employees is fantastic, and the security went above and beyond for my event. Cannot recommend this company enough!
