Positive experience: My initial impression was favorable although I was a little taken aback by not actually meeting with an investigator. Everything was done over the phone. At first I feel like there was some miscommunication and some things were potentially missed. It may be because this agency isn't local to my town. Once I got someone new working on my case I feel that things improved. Overall I'm happy with the way the final report was done and changes that I asked for were made very quickly. I would suggest using investigators locally in the future due to the logistics involved.
