Lake County Civil Process

Negative experience: I will not use them at all. NO communication , Gave us the run around, Jay did not do what they he was hired for. Worst, they never refunded our money after they promised they would refund our payment . Bad company. Beware!!

Negative experience: We enlisted the investigative services of this company at the end of April. They were very slow in responding, and in some cases, non-responsive. After regurgitating the information we provided to them, the case was closed and a refund was determined to be in order. We never received the refund and they used stalled tactics when questioned about the refund. Finally, they stated we were entitled to a full refund, which, of course, was never received. Proceed with extreme caution should you decide to employ this company. Their business practices are shady, at best. Not sure how to provide a 0 stars rating, but if this is possible, that is what they deserve.
