Negative experience: Illegally and unlawful stole my car disturbed the piece popped my tire which I have all recorded from my apartment further legally step will take place did not make their self none showed no legal right to my car and for taking my car no paper work no court order which makes the tow illegal and unlawful. They ignored my rights as a consumer ignored that the car was paid off threw the access of my trust also they have stolen license plates form another vehicle on the tow truck I have it all recorded I looked up the license plate number belonged to another vehicle I given the police the information an investigation will take place if I do not receive my car back to me with my tire that the lady popped and yes I have the drivers who was involved recorded they also did not identify them selves this took place AUG 29 @ 6:40-6:50 am please return my vehicle back to me or further legal action will take place you have been caught acting in Fraudulent business practice willingly and knowing thank you

Fantastic experience: T Grant. I can honestly say is a honest businessman, who in my opinion, through this terrible ordeal, has treated me and my belongings righteously. Believe me when i tell you that through it all, I've been treated foul by the car lot "AMERICA'S CAR MART" and at the end of the day, the folks at T Grant and associates have shown true moral integrity. You guys rock. AMERICA'S CAR MART i'll see you in court.

Negative experience: Worst service ever highways Robbie... dealing with them was a hugh headache and think they the law hahaha... what happened with being professional???

Negative experience: Very unprofessional!!

Negative experience: Missing money and goods from vehicle! They lie and deny, before you even step to get your own personal belongings, every thing is in bags but they ask for your signature first and when you ask for missing items they say things weren’t there when you have witnesses and receipts!! A place filled with crooks and skum. They don’t use proper documentation to give you receipts, place is sketchy, they have no business or office.

Negative experience: They took out my speaker and amp which they are allowed to do but they did not inform me about the 60 day policy to get my property. They donated my stuff to Salvation Army then told me to “deal with it yourself it’s not our problem anymore”. I tired taking it to my own hands I called again and now they told me they took it to goodwill. They are unprofessional don’t recommend these guys.

Negative experience: Worst place ever. Please please please go with another company to meet your needs. My car was unfortunately repossessed due to a miscommunication between two parties. I had left cash inside my car because I was going to take off and pay my sons disability bills but The car was taken (which I totally understand because they needed to do their job) but the next day after I paid allllll my fees, my money comes up missing. Josh tells me that the inventory list had my money listed but since I couldn’t check until I got home, it was “late”. This is incredible. You guys STOLED my cash from my car but wrote it off so it wouldn’t fall under your hands. I can’t believe it. I’m very disappointed because you guys not only robbed me but now I have to come up with money for my sons fees. I tried talking to josh about it but he played it off as “it’s in the inventory list blah blah” but josh it is not. I never received it. So please save yourselves a headache and look for another company that you can fully trust. Do not trust these guys.

Negative experience: Just like the guy said below, their most likely too steal items that have value, then again it’s a bunch of minimum wage employees, would you trust a kid in a candy store?

Negative experience: Place is a joke repossessed my car I understand that's your job but you damaged it and to try to cover up and think I'm not going to see it. Was not told to check car before taking from repossession yard found damage 2 Days Later try to report and all you get is a runaround and then they tell me I can't prove it is totally unprofessional! Was just going to let go until I found that they had replaced my stock tail light with a reproduction one said I have no evidence but they gave it to me as I am the original owner of the truck and it was my baby and I know the dent was not there and I have not replace my tail light. Should have been a stock Mopar tail light, when evidence was found brought to your attention you said again I cannot prove it! This is ridiculous now I'm the liar and the fraud man trying to get my truck fixed free. See you in court T Grant.

Negative experience: Very rude!!! And they did not have the correct paper work. Very unprofessional!!!

Negative experience: They took every single belonging I had in the car. The stole my subwoofer and 3 amplifiers among with about $14 I'm change, a tool set i had in case of emergency's. Once I threatened to call the cops the miraculously found my subwoofer which for some reason doesn't work. But the best part is they ripped out all the speakers in my car and left the wires just open so 5 feet down the road my trunk is catching fire cuz they left wires exposed so they could touch and start to spark. This place is trash, I hope them stinky f***ks enjoy all the Versace and dolce gabbana cologne they stole too. (My car was impounded for speeding tickets not cuz I didn't pay my loan)
