Fantastic experience: I needed notary services, I couldn’t find the office, but they were so kind and assisted me in getting there. They were fast and friendly. Definitely recommend. The price was perfect for what I needed done and the convenience of getting to them and back to where I needed to turn the paperwork in.

Negative experience: paid 125.00 for"skip trace" to get address of person to be served.paid another 150.00 to have person served....they knocked on the door at the address...and was told person did not live there....that's all I got for money.....very disappointed with there service.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Precise Process is an absolutely phenomenal company! I'm located in Florida and was having difficulty serving divorce documents in Georgia. After initially waiting 3 long months, the sheriff's department finally reported back that they were unsuccessful in serving my ex because they could not be located. This left me very frustrated. Fantastic experience: I live in the Washington, DC area but have an ongoing case in Clayton County, Georgia. I needed to obtain a copy of a motion filed by the opposing party for a hearing just days away. I called all around the Atlanta area and was disappointed by the response I got from numerous companies - it would take them days to fulfill my request, and the pricing was outrageous.
