Lone Star Tax & Mobile Notary

Fantastic experience: We met with Crystal yesterday for a mobile notary. She was so quick in fitting us in her schedule! She was polite, knowledgable, and personable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a mobile notary!

Negative experience: She charged my husband and I $900.00 to file our taxes. She wanted cash via Venmo. I reluctantly agreed. 3 months later and she has blocked my phone. The taxes are not done. And our money is gone.. she has moved and closed her business in Waller.. If you are thinking about doing business with her you might want to rethink.....

Negative experience: In Feb ‘24 we paid $500 up front via venmo (first red flag), and subsequently got strung along for months and never got our taxes filed or a refund. Crystal has now ghosted me entirely and blocked me on Venmo. BUYER BEWARE this is not a professional firm. She will steal your money. I’ve never had an accountant need to file an extension before, then her new deadlines/promises would come and go without any results. I asked for a PRTIAL refund in exchange for the work she had done so far and she refused. Lesson learned, never pay someone up front. ETA: her reply says the taxes are done. Never sent them to me and she’s not answering the text requesting her to email them!! I wish!

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if it was an option. I scheduled with this individual almost a week prior to the day I needed the notarization. I drove over 2 hours after getting confirmation she would be available and she never came. Absolute waste of time, gas and energy. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional individual. If you want your time wasted, I would definitely go with her!
