Fantastic experience: We hired Bill to serve papers for us in a preset time and location. He took my calls explained the serving process, and was transparent about pricing. He got their 40 minutes early staked the place out and served the papers for us. He got pictures and recorded the whole thing with a body cam. Really happy with his work.

We were aware of each step and supplied a completed affidavit very timely and a secure online payment option which makes life so much easier. A lot of process servers require you to send an actual check. Hopefully we need their services again soon!

This man was outstanding, he was the first to call me after my google search, and promptly handled my case in the matter of hours. Hands down best experience I have EVER had with any company. I was nervous, but did as William directed; all information was sent to me in a matter of minutes. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I hired a different Process Serving Company that is located on Long Island as well. I hired the previous company before finding WRM Security Services. I wish I had found them first because the difference between the two is night & day! I made the call to them because I was very displeased with the company I originally hired to do the job of serving my husbands ex-wife with child support modification papers. I have never hired a process sever before so I new nothing about the steps they take to serve the other party. So I called WRM after doing a Google Search on them & they seemed over qualified to do the job! Bill answered right away even though it was at night after hours. He was so kind & patient with all of my questions, not only did he go over everything with me but gave me an education on how it works! I needed it done ASAP being that I lived out of state I was very concerned that something could go wrong like with the previous company I had hired! He said he would do his best not to worry, of course I was still worried. I didn't need to be, not only did he serve her the following morning, but then proceeded to go down to the court house to file the appropriate documents! AMAZING, QUICK & EFFICIENT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
