Fantastic experience: I needed to get some private information to issue a bench warrant for a failure to appear for a subpoena, so I contacted Axios. They got me the information I needed in about 4 hours! I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: لقد تم تحذيرك You’ve been warned. ✔️ انت مطرود ✌Today I FIRED this company TODAY due to INEFFECTIVENESS & much much more. I RATED THEM AT ZERO. I had to write a new review due to not being able to comment on his last “story” he wrote. Trust me, he’s NOT polite in texts- it’s just because this is PUBLIC. Anything I say in text I’ll say straight to your face. My public and private sides both match baby. Insides match my outsides = I’m not 2 faced This Team was paid in full and given the exact address a FULL DAY PRIOR- I have no doubt now, they were probably playing the piano and enjoying Mexico with my money I sponsored them with {Mind you, they were already in the city & mobilized- these r supposedly ex”rangers”} (that’s a full 24 hours before I drove 6 hrs to get my kids- they failed to go to the CORRECT UPDATED address (I had to find MYSELF)& effectively passed that info down. If their chain of command sucks then whoever got the correct address didn’t send it down the line & that’s their fault. IF YOU CANT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY THEN DONT DO IT AT ALL. Speak when spoken to or don’t speak at all هذا الجزء I also informed their team I was en-route and was going to that address to exercise my full legal rights. (My law firm told me to do so in order to show the courts- again my ex was denying visitations and decree. [Which has absolutely nothing to do with their kindergarten “investigation] ✔️✔️ لا اتصال COMMUNICATION BARRIERS: I was told “ Ma’am, we don’t give play by play updates in which I never even asked that question to begin with but who says that to a client that just paid you $3000? BAD BUSINESS PERIOD and they should have been there ALREADY as soon as the correct address was relayed BY ME: their response “ yea there’s always tomorrow”. . ✔️✔️✔️ لا توجد تحديثات They often say they will “call you back or update you”… they do not. Instead of doing their job surveilling and doing reconnaissance in which they didn’t so yes, I exercised my legal rights that day to pick up kids. YALL SHOULD’VE DONE BEEN THERE BUT CHOSE NOT TO. Whose fault is that? It’s not my fault I will tell you that DO NOT waste your time or MONEY with this company because you will regret it. You can do all the work yourself (just like I did) and get the same information they have. Btw, I won’t waste my time writing another review to any response from whoever we is hiding behind that keyboard Ranger Joe I mean JODY

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Axios Investigations?? I have used them for two separate occasions. One was for a surveillance and the other a bug sweep, TCSM detection. Both investigators were professional and very thorough in their investigations. Although nothing was found, they gave me peace of mind and made some very good recommendations about how I can protect myself and my business from being breached or infiltrated. The surveillance was personal in nature and the investigations team were very sensitive and willing to really understand what the task at hand was. The end game was very detailed and gave me the clarity my family needed. I could not say enough about Axios, from the management team to the field investigators. Kudos to all and I will definitely be using them in the future, should we need these services again.
