Fantastic experience: They were really nice when we visited

Negative experience: It’s illegal for yall to make someone pay 50$ to get things that BELONG TO THEM. I will be getting my money back! Police were notified before and after payment so you will hear from us again soon. And if they try to do this too you then call the police they said they will file a theft report on them for trying to keep your stuff from you and make you pay for what’s already yours.

Fantastic experience: Great place and good staff, Misty was great at helping me get the information I needed to resolve my problems, their owner is good at returning emails and phone calls, the location was clean and very professional, I would surely use them again many times. Fantastic experience: A very nice and helpful young lady. I went in paid my 50.00 fee, and I was out in less then 10 mins, with my property. All my change was gone, not her fault.

Negative experience: Awful service I waited forever, they are unprofessional, awfully stinky , horrible experience. I don't see how they work in that environment, plus they didn't give me my tag for my vehicle.

Negative experience: After my truck was repoed months ago I went down to city wide to pick up my my things that had been in there and was ignored by a lady who had a desk in the office area for at least 15 min. Until another lady came in and asked me if I needed help, well yeah why else would I be standing here. She went and got another lady who was in charge of bagging up your items from these cubby holes. Some of my things were already bagged up. After I got home from work that evening I put the bags in my room to go through at another time which I should have done the day I got my things because I was missing a couple of things one of them being a set of nice extra long jumper cables. I should have gone back up there the next day but I'm sure I would have been lied to about it. As I was leaving that day when picked up my things after they made me late for work since I had to stand there waiting to be helped and after having to pay $50, I saw bags of things being taken from the "cubby hole" room and being thrown in the trash bin behind the fence which maybe there's a time limit when the "cubby holes"or maybe they just throw peoples things out after picking out what they want or maybe the repo drivers take things, who the hell knows. I had to give at least 1 star to post a comment.

Positive experience: While the reason for the visit is rather embarrassing (friend's vehicle repoed). The place is easy to miss and staff were ok. They didn't smile much ; long story short, they got their vehicle back and we high tailed it outta there.

Negative experience: The ABSOLUTE worst people in the world. I wouldn't do business with these people if my life depended on it. The employees are very VERY rude and not willing to be helpful AT ALL. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!
