Negative experience: I spoke to someone on the phone, made an initial request and it's been about a week - no response. I emailed them a follow up a few days after they said they'd get back to me and have a tracker on my emails so it was opened but still no response. The nature of the business is time sensitive so I don't really know what's going on.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have someone served before they left town for the better part of July which was Saturday. They were served on Thursday and took a huge amount of weight off of my shoulders. Scott communicated closely with me to see to it that they were served and he went out of his way to serve this individual. I may just be able to get my life back now. Thanks a million fold for your service. If I could give you six stars I would!
