Negative experience: Tried to contract with them to work for me & it was a horrible experience. The terms/pricing of the job kept changing, took days to get back with me, refused to put information in writing & most disappointing strung along a mom that was just trying to find her son. When I addressed it with Jane there was zero accountability.
Lisa, we are sorry that you had a horrible experience. But lets set the facts straight. You are a private investigator and called us to assist you in our area. You asked for our assistance and we went out and canvassed the area to provide you what we felt would be the best option to conduct surveillance. You did not agree with that method and then asked us to put a camera out. We asked you to provide a camera and told you our rates to set the camera and retrieve the camera. You did not want to pay that amount. We did not charge you for the time we had invested in the the job. We prefer to talk on the phone to make sure there is a clear line of communication, you said you only like to deal with email. We also responded via email at your request. We are sorry that we spent our time to help your investigation and you didn't feel like paying the amount we stated it would cost to complete the job. Additionally, you wanted us to use one of our cameras to leave at this location. We told you that we would not use our camera because the location was not ideal for placing a camera. We told you, you could send us a camera and we would set it for you. You chose not to go that route. Again, you spent a lot of our time trying to get your job completed and ultimately, you chose not to use us. Again, we did not charge you. I hope that you are successful on this job but I am disappointed you chose to give us a bad review.

Fantastic experience: ISSF are the best process servers we have ever used. They are extremely reasonably priced for all their services and they will ensure the job is completed. They succeeded in serving a difficult defendant when 3 other companies failed. They are polite and accommodating to your needs. They are also very prompt with their reports.
