Fantastic experience: Yesterday, September 16, 2024 at 12pm I signed my contract with Casey at NPA for a missing person, my granddaughter. By 5pm he was standing next to her with police, EMS and fire trucks in tow. I believe that he helped save her life…. So yes… 5 Stars and a Hardy thank you and slap on the back. Since I am in Charlotte I can’t give him the big thank you and the hug he deserves…he was amazing in every way…

Negative experience: This has to be the worst service I have ever encountered- no service would have been better. - I don’t have one hood thing to say - the owner is rude - he only takes the call to take your money - then u don’t hear from him - he didn’t listen to anything I said - the info I requested and the info I got was not even close - he charged me $300 for old inaccurate information that I specifically told him I didn’t want before hand - as well as anyone could access through been verified for $5 - do not use this company - unless you like wasting your time and your money - he is unprofessional and maybe has some burnout - no human decency
