Fantastic experience: I hired Ken and Target Investigations once I realized I was being stalked by one of my clients. Stalking is a difficult crime to prove as it is a course of conduct crime, so I needed a third party (Ken) to document my stalker’s behavior and then also be an expert witness to testify to what he saw. Ken was able to conclude, from his observations, that I was being stalked. Ken was able to find a lot of information regarding past criminal cases where my stalker was found guilty, and other intel, which helped us come up with a solid plan of action going forward, while also protecting my safety. He was able to refer me to an attorney who worked with us as a team to get the peace order and the criminal charges. There were a few “emergencies” over the months that I worked with Ken, as my stalking situation lasted a little over a year. Ken always responded to my text messages immediately and called right away. My stalker was charged with 3 counts of stalking and 2 counts of harassment and 1 violating my protective order. The end result - we got a stalking conviction, a stay away order and I was able to obtain a peace order.
