Fantastic experience: Mr. Cirtin provided his services to me for about a couple of months and what he was able to get me was above and beyond what I thought was possible. We communicated constantly and he was professional and thoughtful, and got me the evidence I needed to deal with my divorce with custody of my children. I will gladly recommend him to others, and if I need a PI again, he will be the one I'll use!

Negative experience: Former cop? He might be - but, he gives off a used car salesman vibe. On one hand - he name drops who he is friends with in law enforcement. Contrarily, he says how lazy Springfield police are. Which, is ironic, cause has lack of due diligence, and failure to investigate not only prejudiced my case - it led to him attacking my character to a third party AND being forced to refund the entirety of the fee paid to him (he didn’t do anything, not even provide a receipt or copy of the contract). He brags about being in business for a long time. How he has, no clue, but, I’d look for a more professional investigator. Not one who pays to be at the top of google results (which he admits he does). I’d like to add - he lied on more than one occasion. As a PI, you’d think he would know I can verify his failure to communicate. He said I never returned his calls - I’m an attorney and record most of my calls. He also claimed he was “on my side,” etc., days before defaming my character. 0/5 stars - would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: They exceeded my expectations during a very stressful time. They managed to do exactly what I needed from them. The entire staff is very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them. To simply put it, in my opinion, they're the best and worth it!

Fantastic experience: I was trying to find a deadbeat husband who has not been following a court order. They found him! It didn’t take as long as they thought so they refunded some of the money I paid them. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

Fantastic experience: When hiring a PI, I want a few things: 1. HONESTY, Professional, Intelligent. Mr. CIRTIN NAILS ALL OF THAT. Bottom Line: It is hard to trust in a situation when a PI is Needed if Collusion is an Issue! I Trust him.
