Fantastic experience: I was recently at Azure on the Park in Midtown Atlanta visiting a friend when the fire alarm went off. I observed security meticulously keeping order as they directed residents to exit the building waiting for the Fire Department to arrive. Some residents were trying to go to their apartment despite the audible alarm going off. One of them even went to check the fire panel. Being a firefighter myself, I was impressed. Not often you see security knowing what to do and doing it on a potential fire scene at an apartment high-rise. Big kudos to them.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to bring attention to the outstanding job the security guards are frequently doing at the Alexander at Stonecrest Apartments. They are visibly patrolling he complex, handle medical emergencies, assess individuals, and making split second decisions. The give the residents a since of safety when they are there. They should be commended for going above and beyond their job description.

Fantastic experience: I recently encountered Officer Springer who was on patrol in between customers in one of their marked patrol cars. He stopped to provide assistance at a car crash a family member was involved in on I-85 in Deklab County. They were still in lanes of traffic which as you can guess caused a slow down. Rarely do you see security doing that. I just wanted to let their company know we really appreciate him stopping and turning on his warning lights to give us some shield of protection while waiting for police and fire to arrive. It wasn't his job, but his help was very much apprecated.

Fantastic experience: I was very much in need of investigative assistance. I started doing my homework to see what and who might be the best choice for me. For some reason I kept going back to Jabir and his group of professionals.I am so glad that I got in touch. Jabir personally came out&I’m so Thankful he did. Fantastic experience: On Saturday, February 18th I was with family and friends at the Chop & Lobster Bar in Buckhead when a customer had a medical emergency. There were a couple of guys from Principle Intelligence dressed in suits that were working as security. I didn't know they were security until they started helping the woman and her family. One of the officers came up with a medic bag and began checking her blood pressure among other things. He was very meticulous with patient care and providing a report Grady Hospital paremedics that arrived onscene. Talking with the officer later I found out that not only was he an armed security officer, but he was a certified EMT. I don't remember his name. But I was very impressed by him and the company he represents. I think it is great the restaurant had these officers available.

Fantastic experience: Very impressive team. We learned about them during a google search. After reviewing skills and credentials we decided to hire the company. We had two armed officers present to act as witnesses and to keep the peace in a highly sensitive domestic case in Gwinnett County. The officers looked sharp and were alert. And seemed to be very astute about the law. They were not intimidated by the disturbing party status. If it weren't for the highly visible security labels, one would think they were cops. That's just the aura of their professionalism. Again very impressed by their appearance and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to experience the thoroughness, professionalism and outstanding service while visiting a local establishment in the Highland area in which Principle Intelligence was hired for security. Many people feel inconvenienced by having purses checked, wanded for weapons etc ,but it makes you feel much more secure to have these services provided in a professional manner & with the added benefits of public safety being adhered to. Fantastic experience: When I called the mgr. for backup with the client, he responds immediately and protectively. Which I had hoped for but, had doubts would happen; because of pass experience s with other security companies. I was proud to say I worked for this company. He never leave me hanging. Plus, I had mechanical problems getting to work one night at 10pm. My mgr. came out and help me get my car back on the road to get to work. He didn’t even have to offer, but he did and I accepted. I truly appreciated his help and consider him my Best mgr. ever. He always respectful and professional. Thank you so much, again and please don’t change. That’s what I call, going beyond the call of duty.The pay is competitive. I like the uniforms, it’s a very stylish, comfortable, good quality and professional look. Which makes me want to wear it. I wish I got a shirt for everyday (for the summer and winter), rather than one shirt. But, I understand the reason behind it. Even with the uniforms he gave the impression he was working on it to make it better.
