Fantastic experience: I needed a quick background check for employment purposes and Master Security was able to book an appointment immediately upon my contacting them. The process was quick and direct, exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and friendly staff.

Negative experience: Masters Security I had an older gentleman approach me in a master's uniform about the content I was reported to have been watching. I was cooperative and polite. It was determined that I was not watching pornography. It was police videos of bizarre arrests on camera. A person on LSD who was quickly grabbed and covered. I was watching five or six arrests down when they approached me. I was humble and compliant and scrolled the video. They determined that I had not violated policy. However I was advised to be careful of content, watch out for sensitive materials and to immediately click off anything offensive or obscene in so many rude and condescending words. I agreed. Humbled myself by verbally agreeing to completely comply. However? I did observe numerous patrons looking at me and I did politely express a degree of embarrassment, which was made worse by continuing to verbally chastise me using words like porn and children. I tried to again agree with them but to express my disappointment in the mannerisms they were using towards me and the embarrassment it was causing. And I reminded them that I hadn't violated the rules and I was about to offer the name of the website "Live leak" so they could consider if the site itself was offensive. Man, when I tell you these people chastised me, over talked me while I was speaking were totally upset with me not for watching porn...but for being a polite, humble, well spoken melanized man, asking for a redress of an issue with them. It was like how dare you. The lady identified herself as asst director and the security guard said he had no opinion and what he didn't need to hear me because no matter what, he was going to back up the staff. I asked him for his name because there are no name tags on these peoples uniforms. He told me on camera hes not giving his name and he doesn't care about the job. He's already retired he can just sit home? Now. Why did I get all of that hostility? Why from a distance does 15 people think I got kicked out the library for watching porn? Why am I not even allowed to speak for redress when I feel like myself and another human being could communicate a little better and resolve whatever our issues are in a peaceful productive way without harming each other? I rate master security a zero. The guy in the cheap suit is either A. A complete savage or B. Should be in a Klansman suit standing there and just be real. Aimee Fifarek the new director is going to hear about this and see this video of this guy acting like a penis in a guard uniform. I'm not going in anyplace with a master's guard in it. They don't see anything wrong with embarrassing, talking over, being rude and hostlie to you even if you haven't done anything and rather than de escalate bad situations these guys are looking for a fight. I blame the heads of the company. These are not good guys to have in authority over or having power over public citizens. Why this guy, these people broke my balls idk? If it wasn't racism, misperceived classis, or that old guard seeing me outside in different BMWs then why? I do not recommend masters security.
