Called their local intake number, gave some basic details about my situation and case, and was contacted by the Private Detective Jordan via email in short order. Fantastic experience: On june 13th we lost our kitten, we are from Brazil and we were living in this house just a month ago. Seven days after she disappeared and after numerous attempts to find her, we sent a message to many investigators and Jordan was the only one who cared about our pain, he immediately sent investigator Chad who looks like an angel sent by God. They were very professional and never promised us anything beyond what was possible, but at the end of the same day our kitty came home!
