Negative experience: Seems like a scam. I called today and got a message about a promotion and a way to receive a free medical emergency call button. Nothing to do with private investigation. The recording pretended to be a live person calling. I didn't get very far into their recording before I hung up, but I'd be willing to bet they'd start trying to get more personal info or credit card/bank info shortly into the call.
