Negative experience: Worst company ever. Asked if I needed to be drug tested before I left, was told no, then called to come back to work that I needed to be tested. Complete incompetence on owners part, who was the drug tester. Complained when I came back, owner "threatened" me with calling the CEO of the company. LOL. Also said it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to get tested even after I asked.... This company is complete and utter redneck trash. Don't waste your time with them. Response to owners post: "We feel that your social media history and personal reviews speak volumes" You don't have access to any of my social media and my reviews on google are fairly straightforward. Leaving multiple negative reviews is pretty standard on top of the good reviews I have left as well and that certainly doesn't mean you aren't at fault for your trash business practices. Also, having a negative review from a secret shopper who doesn't know how to perform their job certainly doesn't mean my review is not without warrant. These are nothing but baseless attacks and strawman arguments from a right wing boomer. The fact that your owner threatens people with "calling the CEO" is trashy and certainly not something you responded too. Saying that you are "sorry I didn't understand my companies substance abuse policies" when I literally asked for clarification multiple times shows you didn't read my response.

Fantastic experience: Professional staff and quick turnaround time: My first experience with Crown Screening was for a pre-employment drug test and I was impressed with the service and the professionalism I received from the staff. It is clear that they are experienced and knowledgeable, and my employer received the results the very next day! Even though I arrived during lunchtime and a busy part of the day, the wait was minimal. I would definitely recommend using this business for drug screens.
