Fantastic experience: Todd is an exceptional resource. First of all, the communication is top-notch... Todd made sure he was calling at a time that was convenient for me, and got back to me so quickly. Second, Todd was so professional- he carefully listened to the details of the concerns I had called about. Last, but probably most impressively, Todd spent time talking me through potential solutions, including a recommendation for a security camera that he has personally used. As an expert in his field, it would be fair for Todd to charge for his time, but he neither rushed me off the phone, nor billed me for his time or expertise. I imagine not many people reach out to a P.I. for *happy* reasons, but that's just one more reason to use Todd vs. a larger group- not only can you rest assured that he will personally handle all the details of your case (and thus know every detail, inside and out), but as a former law enforcement officer, Todd KNOWS the laws pertaining to your case. It is important beyond words to hire a private investigator who will handle your case with knowledge, sensitivity, professionalism--- all the attributes I found Todd to possess!- especially if the work they are doing for you will determine the path of your future, or that of your children. You have enough on your plate--- hiring Todd will put the most qualified ally in your corner.

Negative experience: This agency is worthless and borders on a scam. I provided a 200 dollar deposit that I was told “my hourly rate won’t start until I witness something.” From November to now. Almost 6 months he hasn’t even laid eyes on the target, let alone them doing anything wrong. He went one place one time after making me try to find out where he should go. And didn’t even see the person in question. Isn’t he the private detective? Shouldn’t he make the calls and do the leg work? Apparently not. So basically unless you want to pay someone to be his secretary and make all the calls anyhow, then have him literally never even lay eyes on his target for 6 months until the situation resolved itself, then try to charge you more for literally doing nothing for you... I would go elsewhere! I’ve been in touch with my attorney who as also been has been contacted by former customers that he has scammed. My attorney use to do business with him, now will no longer associate with this business because of dishonesty and scamming other clients. They are building a case.
