Negative experience: I hired Jeff to find my run away daughter, after being reassured that they used state of the art tools and techniques unavailable to police. Jeff made a great pitch especially to a distraught parent who only had one thing on their mind; hoping for a safe return of their child! While I knew $1600 was a lot of money and most investigators only charge $50-$100 per hour, I didn’t care I would have given anything to get my daughter back. Fortunately within just over a day of hiring Jeff, my daughter called me and returned home that evening without any intervention. I reached out to Jeff not to ask for my money back but to ask if we could adjust the price because they were unable to obtain any information or whereabouts regarding my daughter. I was basically brushed off and given a lame excuse that she was really hard to find. (A 12 year old with an IPhone and an Instagram account) I feel that Jeff took advantage of me and exploited the situation. I believe people should be paid for the work they do but in this case there just wasn’t anything close to $1663.00 in time, effort or results. Hopefully this post will help someone to avoid the costly mistake I’ve made by choosing Jeff and hire somebody else with better ethics.

Fantastic experience: I have to say this is the first time I have had hired a private investigator and I am totally impressed with Jeff and there team. I’m from Wyoming and within 18 hours Jeff had a GPS on a vehicle that I was looking for. Within 36 hours he was able to get possession of the vehicle. Jeff and his team are totally awesome to work with. If you need a Private Investigator this is the one to call hands down.

Fantastic experience: More than EXCEPTIONAL more than PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Quantum Investigations found the person I had been looking for with very little information I was able to give. Investigator Jeff was upfront about the task, that it would be hard to find the person I was looking for but would do his best. After 2 weeks of research, he called me and asked some follow-up questions to help him pinpoint the person I was looking for. And to my surprise I got a call from Jeff the next week stating he found the person I was looking for, he even had pictures of the person. I highly recommend Quantum Investigations! Fantastic experience: I have used Quantum on several occasions and have been pleased with the results. When hiring the services of a private investigator you have to be prepared to provide as much information as possible. Provide everything that you know and have on your situation. You cannot just provide a a name and say go find them. Prividing all the information will allow them to narrow it down faster and save you money in the long run. Patience is a virtue when hiring a company like this. It does not happen overnight. The team at Quantum is very helpful and understanding. I heard nothing for almost a month, then the information started pouring in. I thought that I had been forgotten. As they got the information, I would get emails asking about the new developments. This allowed us to work together to get my situation taken care of. It is a team effort. They did a great job! Very pleased...

They've been around in the Phoenix area for years and their investigators were some of the most experienced investigators that you can find with backgrounds in insurance fraud investigation ,missing persons, infidelity, etc. I've used them several times and the best thing I like about the company is their fees are reasonable and they go out of their way to ensure success and have often given me free advice on how to solve my issues without using an investigator . Money-wise Quantum investigations is your best bet!
