Fantastic experience: Bought my first home and my immediate priority was security. I was given a positive reference to Black Box Security from a friend and my experience with them was extremely positive! Their team came out the day after I closed and assessed my home. They worked with me in choosing what products are best for my home and would best provide me comfort in this new location. 2 days later, everything was installed. Their installation manager installed all products (alarm system, glass break, outdoor camera) quickly and efficiently and dedicated time to orient me to the system and user friendly mobile app. Bobby, Chad, and David were all a huge help in making me feel safe and comfortable in my new home. Fantastic experience: Duane Guerrero & his staff ( I only know Jason ,Bobby , & have met one other fella just can't remember his name right now ) are fantastic folks & they really helped me out with my computer , as I had to harden my system due to some folks who were hacking my computer & they were extremely helpful in doing there job for me .
