Fantastic experience: I needed to serve court documents, and Cape Fear was wonderful. They kept up good communication throughout the process and helped talk me through things in a way I could understand, and when the timing got uncertain, they were friendly and flexible to achieve the goal at the right time, even when the "right time" changed. Also, the job involved a heavy printing burden, and they did a great job keeping receipts and documentation to justify everything on the invoice at the end. Great experience.

I own multiple rental properties and needed a process server to serve a lease termination notice after I had to let my property manager go. It was the last day of the month and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get it served the same day. Bill not only had it served in under 2 hours, but he was able to communicate with me entirely through emails so I didn’t have to miss any meetings in my day job!!! I can’t say enough good things about him and his team and will absolutely use them in the future!! (This actually saved me time and money far beyond what my property manager cost... lesson learned.)

When I was going through my divorce this team especially William Ratcliff, treated me like I was a family member. They provided me with comfort and reassurance and most of all results. There are no words to think William Ratcliff and his team for what they did!! Are use them in 2004 and I continue to use them in 2019 The best of the best!!!!
