Positive experience: Weird old building, can be er tell if they are open. No one answers the phones either

Negative experience: Paid $40 for a background check, said I’d get an email and I’ve never received the email. I’ve waited 12days.

Negative experience: I was asked to come into people ready on june 17th 2021to do a background check signing and a drug test for a particular postion at a grain company in my area here in the midwest, I was told within two weeks I would hear back from them. I've called every week since the 1st of july just to be told that the advance background check office emailed them every week since saying it would be back. Its August 3rd, 2021 and I just got off phone with people ready and they stated that once again this background agency has not kept to there own words of sending my background back on expected time. I've since contacted BBB and there Corp office to launch a sincere complaint into deliberately interfering with job placement and denying and delaying my background one way or the other to interfere with my job placement. The process of change with this office is on the way. If anyone else has experienced this I encourage you to wrote a review and message me so you can act as well. This has to stop.

Negative experience: Visited this location a few times, getting your background check is the easy part. But if you have any questions or need to make any corrections the employee becomes very uncooperative. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this same experience
