Fantastic experience: I had a very serious family matter that needed to be investigated immediately. I had also reached out to several lawyers as well as Adult Protective Services to help me, but it was NHI that was able to resolve my issue- and in a matter of DAYS! The team at NHI was very responsive and able to send me important information quickly that I never would have been able to obtain on my own. Fantastic experience: I actually met Joe as I was building his new swimming pool at his house. We were talking and he gave me his business card and said if he could ever do anything for me he would do so! About a year later I asked him if he remembers me and he sure did. Fantastic experience: We needed a Process Server in Texas. Our Law firm is located in Oklahoma City. Joe Hayes and his office staff were AMAZING!!! They kept in constant contact with us to keep us informed every step of the way due to the sensitive nature of the Case. Joe sent me an e mail and placed a phone call to our office after hours to let us know when service was completed. Which made our client VERY HAPPY to receive this information within minutes of service. NightHawk offered us two different payment options for a RUSH service so we were able to meet our clients expectations and request to have their ex served in two days or less.
