Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided. This was the first time I’ve ever had to deal with having someone served, so it seemed a little intimidating. This whole process was very easy and stress-free. After calling to discuss my needs, I was able to handle everything over the phone and via email. Run With It was friendly and professional. My papers were served with ease the very first day they tried. Super impressed and thankful! I highly recommend their services.

Negative experience: First time they did a good job serving the docs the day I requested cuz it had to be done and was told that they will charge $95 because it's a short same day notice but they did the job well. 2nd time I came there is more than 10 days to serve and they gave me a price of $115 making some lame excuses. I considered to be their permanent customer but it was very disappointing at this time.

Fantastic experience: We called and researched online for a few businesses trying to get papers served. One place kept adding more and more. Run With It went and filed the proof of service. No extra charge. Another place wanted $65 in addition to the $165 they were already charging. So happy. Run With It served in one day. i am so happy and impressed.Thank you.

Negative experience: First time they served the papers properly and because the service was great I ordered an additional service of private investigator. The job was not done as requested and I wanted proof of a service that he said he performed and got upset. I was advised that I would get a refund and I was given the refund. However, the next time I wanted to use the process server they doubled the price for the same exact service? Not professional at all. I suppose they were angry that I received a refund so they decided to try and get it back by doubling the charge for process server. So very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Johan and his team for all the effort and time into my case! I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. An eviction process can be very stressful and prolonged if documents aren’t filed properly on the landlords end. A huge load was lifted off my chest when I let Johan take over my case! I hope I won’t have to go through this again, but I would hands down get Johan and his team again!

Negative experience: In my opinion they originally stated that they served a jane doe at my residense which never happened. This kind of false statement could injur a case and is not proper service. I called to report it and they had an oh well talk to your attorney attitude. Peoples livelihoods are at stake so you might want to be honest in the future.

Negative experience: They don't even deserve one star! They took ten days to serve papers for "express services." It took another ten days for proof of service to be filed with court. They charged extra for this, failed to serve when/where agreed, lied about it, and had the nerve to act like they were doing a favor by not charging more to make it right! Take your business elsewhere!
