Positive experience: Meh
Negative experience: I do not recommend this place as the price for their service is too expensive for me; they charged me 75 dollars for translating a one-page birth certificate. It is true that they told me the price beforehand and I agreed to pay it because I needed the document urgently, but when I went on the day they told me the document would be ready, it wasn’t. They told me I had to go back again, and when I returned, the document still wasn’t done, and then the man told me if I could wait a while for him to do it. This seemed unprofessional to me for the high price they charge for the service.
We are very sorry to hear that you received services by a Certified and Licensed Translator in the State of Florida that did not meet your expectations. However, please understand that we stand behind the quality of our services and believe that the issue was not with our translation process. Regarding your concern about the charges, please note that we clearly communicate our fees upfront and collect payment before processing any requests. You always have the choice to accept or decline our fees and to seek translation services elsewhere. Negative experience: I would go elsewhere. These people have no idea what they’re doing. If you must use them avoid Chase who has no interpersonal skills at all.
Ms. Pepper or who ever you are, to slander someone's name without any proof? Is unethical and illegal. At judicial we are professionals providing services for over 27 years. I would humbly request to remove your baseless and fabricated post. We have notice you have been writing the post over and over for months to ruin our firms name. Negative experience: I’ve dealt intensely with this outfit since 3/28, almost 3 weeks. I self-filed a case, but am well versed in court procedures as a lawyer and former clerk of courts. Mr. Lalani was at first very helpful with my electronic filing problems, for which he was well paid. Since then, regarding service of process, Mr. Lalani and his firm have been a nightmare. Process in Florida at a condominium should take a day or two as to persons who live at the condo 365 days per year. In this case, however, the process has been going on for 6 days since he had summones to serve. No responsiveness, no email replies, one follow up commitment after another broken. I would not use this firm again and, moreover, I am on the verge of filing a complaint with the appropriate licensing authorities.

Negative experience: Me and my Mother walked in, we kindly asked for help because we just wasn’t sure or really understood what a certain thing in the paper said. And a man by the name of Max I believe, he was very rude and with a awful disrespectful attitude. He had a very sarcastic tone as well, he made us feel like we were ignorant by not understanding a certain thing. He looked at me and my mother a certain way. Before me and my mom walked in she came in before me hours before, she has said to me that a lady with brown hair she was young I’m unsure of her name, and the man also by the name of max I believe he looked by the age of his 40s - 50s both were very rude to her and very disrespectful. My mom was speaking to them in Spanish and they were making her feel less of a person. She walked in, asking for more information about a certain paper she needs to take to a facility they were very disrespectful, as she tells me she said they would proceed on saying “no Spanish”. When me and her went there together, the only person who kindly helped us was a lady she was young she had blue eyes and blonde hair she was the only kind one in there. In my opinion, the service they have is unacceptable. People with that’s attitude should not be working in places like that at all, when the customer service is not good at all. The way they made me and my mom, especially my mom was very degrading. If anyone reading this, think twice about going and if you do be guarded by the attitudes that they have. I rate this awfully terrible customer service.
We always respect and care for our customer. There has been times where customers went to the Smoke Shop and thought that the came to our office. We never had anyone working name MAX. In any event, if you had bad experience with our services then we apologized.
Negative experience: I patronize mom-and-pop shops bc I myself own a small business, but the unprofessionalism that I just experienced is beyond reproach and that was just the beginning. After entering the receptionist called for "Carlos" to come to the front to help me, when a young black guy approached from the back office and asked me "what I was looking at" and got in my face. I jokingly said, "everything" thinking he wasn't seriously upset until he physically came chest to chest to chest with me yelling, "I'm not everything and repeating he's not gay don't look at me" all while physically threatening me, to which no one in establishment batted an eye. Then it was a stare down until the real Carlos came out from the back to break things up, and at this point I'm ready to get it on, but it turns out this was just a loud mouth punk. Afterwards, I continued with my order and after everything, they couldn't even make color copies, so I opted for black and white which they charged $.50/each. Finally, the loud mouth came back out, and I advised him he should smarten up and learn to control himself. I never did anything to warrant that type of behavior and told him I didn't know if he was having a bad day, but that's not going to help anything. His response was, "if you let me have a better day I would." My advice is to fire this person and be proactive when it comes to the customer experience you provide, including offering color copies at your print shop.
