Negative experience: Placed an order, paid and then nothing after that. It has been 3 months, no answered calls, no call back, no replies to any of the emails I have sent. I just want my money or my product.

Negative experience: Purchased equipment from Spy Emporium. Did not receive equipment as contractual promised within a customer-vendor relationship. Went to the representative Sidney to locate my shipment. He went as far to speak with UPS to confirm it was lost but disappeared not answering any of my repeated emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional. I was out money with no promised equipment. So in essence, I gave Spy Emporium money without physically receiving the purchased product.

Negative experience: This place was not located any more at either it's Westchester location or Greenway Plaza. Unfortunely noone has taken thw time to tell Google that. As if that's not bad enough the listed phone number is just a voice mail for store that's closed and Noone returns calls anyway. No wonder to me they haven't stayed in business.

Negative experience: Purchased a GPS Tracking device a while back. I used this on my daughters car since she is a new driver and I wanted to keep an eye on her. Worked decently but now stopped working. First I called this shop and could not get a hold of anyone. Then I went to the store itself and it was closed down. Apparently they only sell online now. Very upset by this and a big waste of time. If I have to buy online I may as well buy one off Amazon. At least I know they are not going anywhere.
