Negative experience: Absolutely Terrible the patrol officer that , supposed to be a curtisy officer at the cove on 21st uses threats of harm and straight out lies..I guess that's the way they think they can handle Waco Texas folks..and it seems that is what the property manager at the Cove on 21st in Waco Texas wants it.. don't underestimate the little guy!!!! (April 2018) A completed investigation that included the complex management determined that no wrong doing was conducted by our officers and that the Supervisor in question was simply enforcing the rules as expected by the client. It also has been determined that the complainent ("Mr. Adkins") delibertly refused to follow simply complex rules on numerous occasions. Fantastic experience: Great customer service. We just finished up a project at the Killeen Civic and Conferance Center and have been using American Paratus for the last 3 years. They are great looking and have a professional manner.
Negative experience: Very shady company run by a white guy who thinks he's better then everyone else. They aren't organized and they don't have the supplies to even complete the job. The expansions to other states are moving too quickly for the companies budget and they are taking advantage of others for funds to be invested in their business. They are a disappointment.
The person who posted this comment is the former supervisor who was in charge of all state operations in Wisconsin. His name is Brennen Harley. He was terminated by our agency for embezzlement and Felony Level Theft.
