Negative experience: We hired these people over a year ago. We were misled on who would be working for us and they were not being honest regarding the progress of our case until after multiple texts and calls. We did our due diligence sharing information ASAP and even had a lead with a company after the possible perpetrator used one of our cards. Despite all of this and over $2,000 later, absolutely nothing. 2 months after we hired them, we sent an email about our concerns and our disappointment and they did not even reply to us. We feel like we were scammed and told them how important that money was to us especially after the burglary of all our precious and irreplaceable items...
