Negative experience: I was really disappointed to find out how this company treated our favorite security guard. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cared about the people that worked around him. He was great at his job and this company treated him like garbage. ASG should be ashamed of themselves.

Fantastic experience: Protective Services Agent W. Autry is so courteous and helpful! Running late to a 1-hour companion care job at the Thalheimer building in March 2023, I pulled up to a parking meter among a row of meters that were not working. Agent Autry mentioned that they had not been working and graciously offered to watch the car to ensure that it was not ticketed while I worked my 1-hour shift. I was and am so thankful to him and Am Security Group for that courtesy as it helped get my day back on track. Best wishes and prayers for your success, Agent Autry!

Fantastic experience: Is the white guy with the hat still with you some of us miss him down here I'm a passenger he's hands on and some of these passenger ride the bus Washington road it be out of hand and he has a good reproach and dealing with that stuff the guards there now hardly see them . And the company car he be driving kept the trash away . Customer service lady she in the way and no bus drivers and a few I talk to get rudeness from her or thrown out for the little stuff and it's a public heating shelter .

Negative experience: Beth has a nasty attitude and doesn't respect or know how to talk to people. Sandy is oblivious and doesn't do her job properly. This company is a joke. Do not take them or their officers seriously. The home office people and their behavior are disgusting.

Positive experience: Great establishment and services.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!! Although the staff is seemingly friendly, they will turn down business with absolutely no warning. I have anxiously waited to take the class for about a month and today was finally the day. I drove an hour out and got to the building right on time. When I walked into their office I was told that I was the only person that showed up, therefore class was cancelled. The nice lady(who did happen to be greatly informative) behind the desk told to come back NEXT MONTH(about a month and a week) and try again with the possibility of the same situation happening. Long story short, since I had already taken the day off of work, I decided to go to my local sports shop to purchase ammo and have my pistols sight adjusted and found out that a business just down the street from where I live offers training courses every other week and will not turn you down just because you're the only person that shows up. I was very fortunate to receive this information and will be taking my business there NEXT WEEK! It's such a shame that business is run so inconveniently from customers perspective at American Security Group. I did not want to write this review but I decided to in hopes to save other people from the same frustration that I have been through with this company.
