Fantastic experience: I give my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for this school. Mr. Theo Packer is a highly informative instructor with the background and skills to give you the best training. Mr. Packer provided great hospitality and a comfortable learning environment. I definitely will be going back to get more certifications from this school.

Negative experience: I have tried calling 8 times from 0830 to 1230 to enroll in a class but no one answers. There's no way to leave a message, no recordings of any kind. I don't know how they can have a 5 star rating when they can't even answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: Of all the teachers/ instructors senior instructor Theopilus D. packer was in my opinion the best. I'm not trying to sugar coat or exaggerated. Mr. Packer really had us engaged and taught us exactly what we needed to know and then some. If I could have had it my way I would have had them in my instructor for almost every other subject I wanted to learn about. If you want to get into security but don't know what class to look for this is the one.
