Fantastic experience: First I want to commend Mark Esparza for his professionalism, compentcy, dedication, and commitment to excellence in coordinating the off duty officers service for my event. He is one of the best customer service representative I have worked with in a long time. He cared that everything happened according to the plan and it did! As for the off duty officers whom perform the service they were great. They appeared to just genuinely enjoy what they were doing and had no problem with hanging out for a minute or two after their duties were met, for some photo opportunities with the team. Great officers and thank you!

They offered a professional and personable experience for our Battalion. The representatives' sense of humor helped our group to discuss this topic to extraordinary detail and with a new perspective. Highlighting some areas we can use to our advantage in a vulnerable situation as well as how to improve any weak points from a law enforcement perspective.
