Negative experience: Don’t hire this guy!!!! He had the address and he went to the wrong house. He didn’t listen to anything we told him and he just did what he wanted . He would ignore our text and calls for a week at a time. He talks a big game but produces nothing. Just read the other google reviews and bbb reviews. He takes peoples money but dies nothing he says. He’s a liar a thief and if you look up the word CON ARTIST in the dictionary his picture pops up. He told us we were almost at our 30 hours when he only worked about 6 hours. He preys on people. He’s a sick individual and needs help.

Negative experience: I had never had any experience with a P.I. He can tell you what you want to hear. But will take your money and not do anything. We had to hire someone else. This guy is a full blown thief. DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY! He is the lowest form of life. Taking advantage of desperate people trying to protect their family. We desperately needed answers in child custody case. He wasted valuable time and stole our money

Negative experience: This guy is a quack, he overcharged me, would not return calls, all the information he provided was incorrect. He even suggested I go knock on the suspects house. What was I paying him for? That was his job. Then he suggested I owed him more money. For what? Everything he provided was incorrect, false, and a total lie. Between him and the attorney he works for, Maurice T. McDaniel of High Springs, they are both thieves that take your money and do nothing.

Negative experience: weird advertisement from this "jim bangs" guy that i've never once interacted with. guy comes on my wall calling me names. bad investigative tactics, needs to pick up a book and not harass strangers

Negative experience: Jim was the first person I spoke to about investigative services this week. He was very persuasive, he said he was sending the contract. At first he sent me a cash app request for $2250 and I questioned paying full amount upfront. He said how about half now and half after I sign the contract which again seemed a little weird and unprofessional. I ignorantly sent him the funds. After still not receiving the contract via email, I reported the funds as a scam. That put a hold on the funds. I communicated with Jim that I had second thoughts. I asked him to submit the funds back. He did and I had CashApp remove the hold. I have no regrets. I did not get a good feeling from this person, and I also have a feeling that after this interaction, he told my boyfriend I was going to have him investigated. He sent me a cryptic message about going to a secret place nobody knew about except us for security reasons. It was weird. I feel blessed that I dodged this bullet and am only out the cash app fees plus $50. Note to self: Read Google reviews before hiring.

Negative experience: Went to him about 2 years ago-took $2000 did nothing. Explained phone tapped & computer hacked he said not possible. This review is written by Joe's wife-Paulette-Let's see if it goes through on google.

Negative experience: They claim to be licensed but they're harassing me and sending me threatening messages via text when I've never contacted them before. Absolutely disgusting.

Negative experience: He took $3,000 from me and gave me NOTHING but a list of arrest for an individual, which you can get online for $19. He wanted another almost $800. to give me the location of the persons employment, which he should have already found this info out as part of the $3K. He is in fact a thief. One star rating is too good, but had to put it to proceed .

Fantastic experience: Mr. Bangs went above and beyond to assist me with a complex investigative situation involving fraud. His thinking was "outside the box" and was able to get me the much needed evidence. I highly recommend him and will work with him in the future if needed. It's nice to find someone who is honest and truly cares about getting results. A+

Negative experience: Stole over $3,000 from me and my family, currently filing a Civil suit against this agency, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will tell u everything u want to hear and screw u over, my case was the easiest case ever and they didn't even do ANYTHING, could have done wayyyyy better myself!!!

Negative experience: Never conducted an actual investigation and only gave vague answers, never once gave a credible lead and I once he claimed to have one, it was proven false. He’s a con man looking to prey on your fear. Stay away

Negative experience: Do Not waste your money on this thief. He took $1,700 of mine, printed a report, which I already had, and said he was done. Not Professional at all, non responsive, rude, and obviously inexperienced.

Fantastic experience: Jim was a great help in locating property that was stolen from our business. He had the attitude like it was his property that was taken and within hours had leads on who and where some of it was. He helped the police detective in locating almost all of it. Should have called sooner. If you want results..call Jim.
