Negative experience: Had items stolen out of my vehicle. This place is a complete scam. I can't believe this sheriff is legally able to rip people off this way. It's a complete scam the way this sheriff to able to make money and pray on people who have fell onto economically hard times. They really should be ashamed of themselves. Money is the root of all evil, this is a pure example.

Negative experience: MUST BE PEOPLE FROM ANOTHER SOLAR SYSTEM, DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT EVEN TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. I called my bank who was amazing and byond helpful and understanding. I called this place and they were extremely rude! I said to her I didn’t know why she was being so nasty and that she is acting like it was her I owed money too. I told her the bank was amazing and helpful but she was rude and nasty. Life happens and people go through things. I could understand if I was rude or treated her like it was her fault but I didn’t.

Negative experience: Big fat guy came at me because his wife doesnt know how to shut up. Shows up in blackhawk truck and Hit me in the face then wouldnt fight and pushed my kid brother around. Absolutely the trashiest person ive ever met

Negative experience: Secretary is the absolute worse, she has no people skills at all. Rude and insensitive to the customers.

Negative experience: Almost got run off the road by this guy, was more concerned about his computer and being on the phone than traffic laws and saftey. Also almost ran into rear end of a semi as well as other vehicles.

Negative experience: terrible secretary... she has a horrible attitude and don't know how to talk people.

Negative experience: Very terrible company and I can agree with others about their driving. One of their trucks damn near caused a crash at the end of our street. They just pulled right out in front of someone driving down the street. I would definitely avoid them at all costs!!!

Negative experience: Never used their company personally... but being on the road with these people is terrifying. I was the only car on the road, NO ONE behind me (at the time) and they were at a turn around and didn't even stop to see if there was any on coming traffic. They pulled out right in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes. Then I was in the left lane and they were in the one next to me on the right and they were behind a semi, I sped up because I had a feeling he would try to cut me off again, and he actually cut off the car behind me and almost caused another accident. When I looked over at the driver he was NOT paying attention and talking to another person next to him and eating. If you see this tow truck on the road, stay away. They seem to have no care in the world for the other people around them. Hopefully they don't get into an accident an kill and innocent life because they're careless on the road.

Negative experience: Terribly rude. Horrible customer service. Incapable of answering simple questions without insulting the customer.
