Negative experience: I called and was put on hold buy an automatic service for several minutes. Eventually the automatic service tried to connect me to the line on file, but I got the classic myopic low-bandwidth response that the Excel investigations mailbox was full. So you've lost my business and it was least worth five figures. Not including all of the other people that I have working with me and for me that need PI services.

Fantastic experience: I wanna highly recommend Excell Investigation 's They help me out a very tough time, I used you some other agencies and they failed me or just straight ripped me off. Wish I would have checked out reviews before hired anyone I found them on Google and Yelp and they were highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Well if I could give 10 stars it would'nt be enough I've worked with Nizar Milbes the case manager for about 3 years now and this man has over delivered and has gone way above the realms of customer service! I was going through a very pressuring situation at the time I first utilized this service. I won't go to much into my personal story but basically I was trying to have someone served with a legal notice but had no clue where they lived or even how to find them. That was no problem for Nizar all I had was a name literally to go off of no date of births or phone numbers I could produce to help however within the first 30 minutes of hiring Nizar called me with a list of family members and addresses where the individuals live and by the next day less than 48 hours they were found and served! How cool and so totally releiving that he got back so fast I immidiately knew I made a great a choice and was very lucky for finding Nizar! It was because of this 3 years later I again would need his help! Luckily I was able to reach Nizar Milbes again he remembered me right away and as I explained my current situation he did something that amazed me very much by helping me with no fee! If you are in need of this service just do yourself a favor now and just call Nizar Milbes! You won't regret it I can promise you that!
Fantastic experience: I hired Excell to find a missing relative. I received prompt communications to my questions and professional service. Within a short period of time, they were able to get me the information I needed to finally contact my missing relative. This was not easy since they were already difficult to find. A year later, I hired them once again to help me track down this same relative who went missing again. They got on the case and came up with information that was needed. I had by then, found who I was looking for. John did not even charge me. As a matter of fact, he even gave me advice on other professionals that were needed to assist me and got me in touch with them. John really helped out a lot. If my relative goes missing again, or I need to find another type of professional, you know who I'm calling. He's a very nice and understanding man.
Fantastic experience: Big thank you to Excell investigations.I had to use them prior to this and this time around I needed some help locating my girlfriends ex husband because he took her daughter and had a literally disappeared.I tried everything online to try to look for him because I didn't wanna spend the extra money that I didn't have.What this guy did was literally left no trace of himself.I believe that he rented an apartment and did not register anything through public records so it was literally impossible to find him.These guys were able to do some thing and find this guy and we were able to serve him with child parentage papers.Excell also offered a free background check and were able to find some criminal background and other civil miss deeds on this guy and right now my girlfriend has full custody and her child is safe.

Fantastic experience: I needed some investigative help in trying to pinpoint some fraud activity that was committed against me, so I contacted Excell Investigation, after a recommendation from a friend of mine. The individual whom I came into contact with was a man named Nizar, who reassuringly told me that he would certainly look into this case, in a timely manner. Needless to say, I got ALL of the information that I needed to build up a case against the party that was committing fraud against me... and better yet, after the evidence had been presented, they were more than willing to settle. I would like to give a huge thanks to Nizar and Excell Investigation for doing such a thorough job for me. I had very few people to turn to regarding this case before, and as the result of someone who was willing to listen to me, I am no longer being victimized by that other party.

Negative experience: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...DO NOT USE I contacted Excell through Yelp based on other reviews. I even did a separate search on the internet. Using the phone number from Yelp, I contacted the company and spoke to "Mike". I advised him I was looking for a company to report on a child custody matter. He was very nice, helpful and said he could do the job. I'm not sure anyone was ever dispatched to the location. They claim they couldn't watch the entire location and said we're they were spotted by the subject. They totally lost sight of subject for the most important event. They claim they tried to locate the subject to no avail. I believe they didn't do a thing and bilked me out of thousands of dollars. It is now 28 days after the end of the assignment and still no conclusion, report, video or pictures! I spoke with "MIKE" on Wednesday the 2/26 asking where the report was. He claimed that he had a family emergency and was out of town for a couple of weeks. He said I would get the report that evening or the next day, Thursday. It's now Friday and nothing. No call, no text, no email. In fact he seemed irritated that I called when he was certainly nice and helpful while he continued to get money from me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL EXCELL AT LOSING YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS!
The scam is that Google allows erroneous & defamatory reviews like this to be posted. We have forwarded Google your emails that were attempting to blackmail us, in which you were trying to have all of your money refunded after we completed a very lengthy & comprehensive investigation. We both know that an investigator was indeed dispatched, because we sent you a very thorough & detailed written report, attaching all of the pictures with time stamps on them showing every 10 minutes of the surveillance job done. We also sent you a video detailing & documenting every second of work that we did on this case, before you posted this review. Unfortunately, Google does not allow businesses to post this proof. But they allow customers to try to blackmail businesses. I will address the public with this: The client hired us to investigate her son-in-law, who was suspected to be drinking while with his son & she wanted to prove this for Court. She failed to tell us that a previous investigator was hired & that the investigator may have been exposed. During the investigation, on several occasions, the subject was well aware that the investigator was onto him. We know this because he was driving in circles. So, our investigator had no choice but to back off so that the investigation didn't get compromised. Since we have multiple investigators we were able to switch vehicles so that he didn't notice on the following day. It is protocol to back off from a subject that is well aware of a surveillance. Our case manager explained that to the client & she clearly understood this investigative method. On one occasion where the subject was having a party in his garage, we were able to position ourselves in a very packed apartment complex. There, we were able to get night vision video from the side of a building that showed everything that was going on inside the party. The subject clearly was not drinking & there was no alcohol in the party. In fact, the subject never drank alcohol throughout our entire investigation. The client claims in her review that our case manager treated her poorly. I looked into the case very thoroughly & I retrieved all of the text message exchanges between her & Mike, the case manager. Mike replied to all of her texts immediately, every time she texted him, even on some occasions at 5 A.M. in the morning. There is not one time in the text exchanges between her & the case manager that the client showed any frustration with the case. She was always pleased with every response. Unfortunately, Google does not allow us to post this proof. We received a few emails from her before she posted this review, stating that she was not happy with the outcome of the investigation because we did not catch her son-in-law drinking. We cannot make up something that is not there. Our job is to objectively conduct the investigation & provide documented results. I have sent the emails to my attorney so that they can be sent to Google.The report was submitted a few days later than expected by the client. The reason was because we take a little bit of time, because we incorporate time stamped pictures into our written report. I offered to give her 10 hours of free surveillance hours even though it was not warranted. I extended the courtesy to her because I do not want any client to leave unhappy. But obviously, her objective is to try to get all of her money back because she believed her son-in-law to be doing something that was not proven & did not happen during the course of the investigation. The subject may very well drink. But the fact of the matter is that the client should have let us know that a previous investigator had been on the case, because it was clear that the subject was on his best behavior. We would have advised her differently & assigned two investigators to be put on the case. Or we would have told her to delay the case in order to allow time to pass for the subject's suspicions to subside.
Positive experience: I needed a professional to investigate data on external drives and USBs. One in particular had a lose connection and was in jeopardy of failing. The more I may have messed with it the greater the chance of not retrieving the data. John's team was able to retrieve and copy the data so it would be available if the drive failed. A report was done and John had shown up to court to testify for my case. I needed a clarification on the report and John was more than willing to do so on the report. Much appreciated. Great to work with this company.
