Fantastic experience: Great experience with this agency. Estela is very clear and concise with communication and very understanding and patient, especially as we worked through unexpected complications.
Negative experience: This place can’t do a basic background check on someone’s marital status. Because they probably take bribes to hide info to the highest bidder. I really don’t think private investigators in general do any conclusive work. Unless it’s to prove that they don’t. I don’t think you should trust this company to be honest and transparent with you.

Fantastic experience: We can not explain how blessed we were to find such an amazing group of people. For my wife and I's 25th wedding anniversary we went to LV with our family to renew our wedding vows. It was a great trip. After the ceremony, dinner and walking around my wife noticed that her diamond engagement ring lost the large diamond from the setting. This ring was given to her from her Grandmother. We looked for two days up and down the strip with no luck. Truly heart breaking. After returning home I reached out to True Investigators in a Hail Mary effort to try to find the diamond. Unbelievably two weeks later with the help of a local show employees the amazing investigator Brittney found the diamond. Truly unreal!!!! The diamond has been returned and will soon be back on my wife's finger. I have never used an investigation company before so have nothing to compare it to. But I can not imagine any one any where could be more, sympathetic, helpful, thorough and caring like True Investigations. Highly highly recommend True Investigations. Chris

Negative experience: Waste of money. If you need a background check just pay $30 online instead of paying this company $500. We actually found more information by doing our own research. This is a shady business
Good morning Hil. It is unfortunate you feel this way. If this is a legitimate review, I am surprised you wouldn't have taken this complaint to a supervisor or to the owner first, in an attempt to let us make this right with you, before leaving a review like this. I don't seem to have this name in our system showing you as a client. In regards to our background investigations, we never know before we start our investigation what we will find on someone until we start researching. We still do all the research and log many hours searching for information on someone. Some people have things to report in their past and others just don't. Regardless of the results, our investigators still put in a lot of time investigating the person. To state that we are a shady business is an inaccurate statement. I assure you we are quite the opposite! We operate 100% by the law and have upset people in the past because we won't compromise our integrity and do something illegal for extra money. We pride ourselves on the truth and transparency. We are just here to help people find out the truth. If this is a legitimate client of ours and you are not happy, I ask that you call us and explain what happened. Give us an opportunity to make it right. If we did something wrong, we would absolutely want to make this right.
