Negative experience: The worst place to work I'm still waiting on my last two check and now I can't even get an answer back from Mark I literally just went to the head quarter office and thy are closed during the day this is outrageous I have a one year old daughter who need thng and all thy told me was thnk you for being so patient I DNT know wht else to do

Negative experience: They won’t pay you what they tell you they said bi-weekly but Ive been waiting for a month I need my money for medicine and they don’t care, your better off working for a more professional company like ABM

Fantastic experience: We used Chief Building Services for our graduation party with close to 200 people (adults and teens).They were prompt, professional and the party went amazingly well. I highly recommend them!! We will definitely use them for our next party.

Negative experience: I think it's great that others have done same as I by filing claim with Labor Board. But it didn't help. They never responded to the letter. And now the number they show is disconnected. Really good company. Oh and the contract you guys had with a big company even ended the contract early due to how you treat your employees. I filed a claim with the labor board. So if they have screwed you on paycheck file with az labor board. They bounced 3 checks so far. I had to go above the supervisor to get one check to cleared to cash at their bank. So I had to quit due to personal issues and now have yet.to receive another check owed to me and I doubt I'll get the last one. They don't reach out. They don't try to fix your NSF checks so then you get screwed and they are fine with ruining your credit or letting the bank come after.you.

Furthermore, the level of unprofessionalism displayed by Chief Building Services throughout my interactions with them was deeply disheartening. If a company cannot even maintain open lines of communication, how can they be relied upon to handle critical security matters efficiently and effectively? Given these numerous shortcomings, I find it impossible to recommend Chief Building Services to anyone seeking a dependable and trustworthy security company. Their track record of issuing bouncing checks, coupled with their failure to conduct thorough background checks and their overall unprofessional conduct, suggests an alarming lack of competence and commitment to their clients. It is crucial to prioritize security and choose a company that values professionalism, financial stability, and the safety of its clients. Regrettably, Chief Building Services falls woefully short on all these fronts.
