Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for a basic fingerprint clearance, and when I arrived at my scheduled time during normal business hours no one was there and the facility was closed. It was a complete waste of time, and I will not return here.

Positive experience: I went to the location twice because I looked at the website of Black Rhino link to get an appointment but there was no appointment link on the website so I went there as walk in the first Gentlemen I met he gave me a wired look and felt very awkward the way he treated me, The second time I went was with an appointment and you get the appointment from a different website not the Black Rhino Website. Everything went smoothly. I just had a wait a bit. They have good fast service. I would use their service again.

Negative experience: Unpleasant experience in general. Staff had an obvious disregard for scheduling and customer's time. I arrived 5 minutes early for the scheduled time, upon entering the establishment I was greeted then asked to sign in and "can you read?" The female staff member then instructed me to read the sign, no phones out (mine was still in my pocket), I felt her tone and phrasing rude and unjustified. The waiting area was nearly full with one person already waiting 30 minutes. There was two staff persons present. The male, I presume the owner was already fingerprinting another customer. I overhead a brief discussion pertaining to "signing into" the other workstation. Then after completion of the customer the staff felt it appropriate to spend several minutes having a personal conversation while so far behind, speaking lightly of the staff members reckless driving and wanton disregard for others, admitting to driving at speed in excess of 85mph to arrive at work, stating she had slowed down significantly prior to being sighted and subsequently ticketed for her speed. Rather than utilizing the second workstation to catch up on the schedule, after the female was signed in the owner retreated to his office, leaving only to speak to customers in a tone and demeanor suggesting he was irritated by their presence. While my appointment was greater than 20 minutes late, I know of other customers who waited an excess of 50 minutes. With no attempt from staff to remedy the wait or speed up the process. The attitude of the owner indicates that he doesn't care for the service he provides treating it as a simple guaranteed revenue.

Fantastic experience: Very personal and experienced and you have the pice of mind that all employees are cleared by county, local, state and federal agencies.

Negative experience: He very obviously found things, I saw it but he moved along and said it was all clear. Definitely bought off.

Negative experience: Had to go to Black Rhino to get fingerprints done as it was the closest location that would accept me and the service was TERRIBLE. The gentleman who opened the shop, Terance Blacknell, was beyond rude and raised his voice at a number of customers who just needed to simply get their fingerprints done. The way that this man spoke and acted was beyond disgusting, and I woukd suggest all to avoid this place at all costs! Shame on you Terance!

Negative experience: Negative experience. Rude single individual staff member. Terrible Customer service and so unprofessional. Her personal appearance was of non profession attire and totally see thru clothing, of leggings and grumpy old tshirt work with turned over and worn out hugs. Just a terrible appearance. And rude approach
