Negative experience: I guess the right-wing nutjobs were right after all. I was trying to report internet elder abuse/fraud, but the agent forwarded me to a website that, runs you in circles. I only have limited information about the estimated $30000 theft from my elderly mother, so I was told they couldn't help. They really are useless thieves who abuse the American people and offer no help. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Was helpful in actually letting me vent where my anxiety levels was pinging over the red line. Appreciate everything and all the extra hours you guys/ladies have to spend away from your families to try and take down the scamster's that are using our new and improved technology in a very ugly way.
