Fantastic experience: Went in to get fingerprinting and BCI/FBI background check. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Very fast, professional, and efficient.

Negative experience: When I called in to speak with the woman about getting some fingerprinting completed, I was informed that they were open only today this week for fingerprinting to completed until 4:30pm. I arrived at 3:45, and the woman who “helped” me let me in and yelled down the stairs, “please tell me you’re not here for fingerprinting.” As I explained that I called in and thought they were open until 4:30 (because that’s what I was told) she sounded disgusted yet told me to come up the stairs to get it done. I’m a traveling nurse, who just worked night shift, and had to complete 6 ink cards for my new licenses. As I sat down and pulled them out I could no longer stand to hear her snarling and grunting while shaking her head as she said “This is ridiculous. Usually there’s only one or two.” I politely excused myself and informed her I would not be back. Took everything I could do to get out of there without causing a scene. Do not go here.
